Access changing on 07/08/2026

We are upgrading the Unseen Member Area to allow individual user account, enhancing security and streamlining your access. Shared page passwords will no longer work after Friday 7th August 2026.

What this means for members:

Check your email: Every registered team member will receive an email invitation to create their personal login details.
Seamless navigation: Once signed in, you will be able to access all areas of the portal — including the Resource Hub, training bookings, and project spaces — without needing to enter a password for each page.
Missing an invite? If a colleague in your organisation requires access but hasn't received an email, please contact your Account Manager directly and they will issue an invitation.

To log in: Select "I'm an Unseen Business Member" and enter your personal account credentials.
