worker wellbeing site visits
Understand the reality of working conditions on your sites and take action to protect your workforce.
✓ Unseen's Worker Wellbeing Site Visits give workers a safe, confidential space to share their experiences on site through direct worker engagement. We look at how policies work in practice, identify risks to wellbeing or safety, and highlight gaps that could put workers or the business at risk.
✓ Unseen will provide a report outlining key findings, an action plan with prioritised recommendations and data visualisations. If multiple Worker Wellbeing Site Visits are carried out, Unseen will provide an aggregated data report to help businesses track and compare findings across sites.
"Unseen’s worker wellbeing site visits were a game-changer for us. They showed us the value of proactive engagement in identifying and mitigating exploitation risks on-site."
Chris Read, Head of Construction and Standards at Lloyds Banking Group
Why Unseen
Delivered by subject-matter experts using a conversation-led approach to encourage open discussion, guided by a structured questioning framework.
Unseen can deliver proactive site visits to strengthen your due diligence processes or reactive visits to gather further information in response to reports of potential exploitation. Both can be delivered announced or unannounced.
All team members are trained in trauma-informed practice, and person-centered approaches.
All team members are trained in adult safeguarding, including how to recognise and identify potential concerns. Any issues raised during visits are acted on promptly to protect workers and support their wellbeing.
All Unseen services and frameworks are reviewed through a survivor-informed lens.
Findings from visits are translated into tailored, actionable steps, enabling businesses to tackle risks, improve processes, and create safer, more supportive environments for workers.
Why this matters for your business
Supports businesses to identify and address risks to workers and enable the business to take proactive steps to mitigate modern slavery.
As per TISC statutory guidance, businesses should show evidence of supplier and worker engagement to prevent modern slavery (Level 1) and use direct worker engagement to measure the impact of policies and initiatives (Level 2), demonstrating due diligence beyond contractual compliance.
Demonstrates that your business is actively managing risks rather than assuming compliance. Our service aligns with the CCLA assessment criteria, helping businesses take proactive steps to identify potential cases of exploitation.
Demonstrates to investors and partners that modern slavery risk is being managed responsibly, with clear evidence of due diligence and proactive steps to manage modern slavery risk and worker wellbeing.
Reduces legal, financial, and reputational risks associated with exploitation in supply chains.
