International Recruitment East Programme
International Recruitment East (IRE) is a Government funded programme.
The aims of the 2024/25 programme funding are to:
- Facilitate in-country matching of overseas recruits who have been displaced by unethical practices or by their employer’s sponsorship license being revoked
- Strengthen ethical practices in international recruitment and the employment of staff working in adult social care
- Develop shared solutions to prevent and respond to exploitative employment issues
- Build on the work of the previous fund
The programme has funded the development of resources during 2023-2025.
International Recruitment East is supported by:
