Brandon-1

Brandon Thomas

Business Consultant

Brandon has a background in asset management and brings his professional expertise to Unseen’s business team, combining it with his lived experience to drive meaningful change. He began his journey with Unseen, in 2022 as a survivor consultant, working closely with the policy and research team to ensure legislation meets the real needs of survivors.
Brandon is passionate about guiding businesses to take genuine responsibility for eradicating modern slavery, particularly in the investment world, a space often seen as “modern slavery proof.” Having experienced exploitation and abuse through the sector, he challenges this assumption, helping institutions uncover hidden risks and embed ethical practices. He champions survivor engagement, ensuring remedies and escalation processes respond to lived realities rather than corporate assumptions. Through his work, Brandon empowers organisations to move beyond compliance, creating solutions that prevent exploitation and amplify survivor voice.
